We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on your first order.
You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery for your first unit purchased, even if it has been opened and used.

To keep our guarantee fair and sustainable, the following conditions apply:

Bundles and multi-unit orders are not fully refundable — only one unit qualifies under the guarantee
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on orders, but:

Original shipping costs are not refundable

Return shipping (if required) is the customer’s responsibility

In most cases, we do not require the product to be returned — support will advise
Non-Eligible Items
We do not offer refunds on:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
