Overall, I am very impressed so far, and look forward to seeing results, I am very hopeful.

I use collagen peptides daily and usually put in my morning coffee. These are type I & III collagen peptides. These come in individual serving packets and one packet dissolves easily into my hot coffee. They have no taste and include vitamin C, biotin and hyaluronic acid. You get 10 grams of peptides and 9 grams of protein per serving. You get 30 packets that are easy to use and good for traveling. Total weight is 12oz so, you are paying for the convenience of individual serving packets.

The packaging shows it has been well researched to provide a clean, safe and healthy product.Other products I've used do not mention the source of collagen used. I always assumed it was bovine bones or tendons. I was a little surprised to see this one came from bovine hide! I can't imagine the process used to make the fine powder from that but maybe it's a subject left to another day.All in all, this supplement earns a good mark based on its superior ingredients and safety profile.

The biggest thing for me is that it’s basically tasteless, so I don’t feel like I’m forcing myself to drink something just to get the benefits. These are cute little packs of collagen with hyaluronic acid and a gentle vitamin C. This is great for travel and for people with sensitive stomachs. I put this in a smoothie and it added a bit of a creaminess that was tasty. I find that unflavored collagen can taste a bit icky, so this one mixed pretty well. I've been on a very restrictive diet (AIP, etc) and using this was thankfully uneventful, and made it super easy to get more good nutrients into my diet. These are not cheap (currently ~$36 for 30 sticks), but they are very convenient.
